Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Arkangel Gear website and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Throughout, "Arkangel Gear," "we," "us," and "our" mean the brand and store at archangelgear.com. "You" means the person using the site or buying from us.

Using the site
You're welcome to browse, shop, and buy. You can't use the site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, copy or scrape it, or get into parts of it you're not meant to. Don't use it in any way that could harm the site, our business, or another customer.

Products, prices, and orders
We sell within the United States only. We work to keep product details, prices, and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If we find an error in a price or a listing, we can correct it, and we can refuse or cancel an order placed against that error — even after it's been submitted. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and products can change at any time. Putting something in your cart doesn't hold the price or guarantee it's in stock until your order goes through.

Our brand and content
Everything on this site — the Arkangel name and logo, our artwork, our product designs, our photos, and our written copy — belongs to us. You can't copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of it without our written permission. Buying our gear doesn't give you any right to our designs or our brand.

No guarantees beyond what we state
We stand behind our gear through the guarantee on our Returns page. Beyond that, the site and everything on it are provided as is. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, Arkangel Gear isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses that come out of your use of the site or our products. Where we are found liable, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after we change them, that counts as accepting the new version.
